Lyko Foam Wash

Guests settle into the steam room, filled with the fresh scent of herbs. The therapist uses a fan to let the steam envelop and warm the body

The venik treatment, or parenie ritual, is performed inside the steam room by our professional therapists, while the guest relaxes on a mattress filled with fresh hay

After the body is warmed up enough, the guest takes a dip in a cold plunge pool, which increases blood circulation, stimulates the immune system and brings the body back to base temperature

Second round of the venik treatment, guided by your therapist, finished with a cold sparkling water pour for a refreshing, cooling effect

Banya therapist applies an organic body scrub from honey and salt inside the steam room — to hydrate, exfoliate, and nourish the skin

The journey is concluded by a foam wash with natural lyko, which is a bast made from natural linden fibers to create the foam and exfoliate the skin
